Cancellation & Refund Policy – Evoke Jewellery

Effective from: 16 June 2025

At Evoke Jewellery, customer trust and product quality are at the heart of everything we do. While we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), and returns are allowed only in cases of damaged or incorrect products, we are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and promptly — in compliance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws and Razorpay’s payment guidelines.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed on www.evokejewellery.in, it is considered confirmed.

However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of placing it — provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request cancellation:

After the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the sale is considered final. Please ensure that all order details — including product selection, quantity, and shipping address — are double-checked before placing your order.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind or preference-based reasons.

We only process returns or refunds if the item received is:

  • Damaged, or
  • Incorrect, and
  • The issue is supported by a clear unboxing video as per the terms below.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via email to theevokejewellery@gmail.com.
  • A full unboxing video is mandatory. The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show:
  1. The shipping label (POD sleeve)
  2. The unboxing process
  3. The damaged or incorrect product
  • Returned items must be:
  1. Unused and unworn
  2. In original packaging with all tags intact

⚠️ No Video = No Return
Without the unboxing video, we will be unable to validate or process any return/refund claims.

💳 Refunds via Store Credit Only

  • We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
  • If a return claim is accepted, we will issue store credit for the value of the product.
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase from our website.
  • Refund/store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong item.

💡 Why We Don't Offer COD or Preference-Based Returns

As a small business, we have opted to disable COD to avoid high cancellation rates and associated logistics costs. Every order involves:

  • Stock allocation
  • Packaging coordination
  • Logistic planning

When orders are cancelled or returned due to preference, it results in significant operational loss. Our policies help us maintain fair pricing and high product quality for customers who value craftsmanship and trust.
